Existing Estate Plan

Do You Have A Will? Do You Know Where It Is?

If you've already had an estate plan prepared, it may be time to revisit it. The attorneys at The Lubbers Law Group recommend an existing estate plan be reviewed at least once every two years and should be evaluated as soon as possible after a change in family relationship. For instance, if you or a loved one has gone through a divorce, refinanced a home, if a loved one has died and even if you've had children since your original plan was executed, we recommend having your estate plan reviewed to insure your wishes are carried out at the time of your death.

The Lubbers Law Group's Existing Estate Plan includes the following:

  • Initial Meeting with client
  • Review of Existing Documents
  • Follow-up Meeting with Client to Discuss Suggested Changes.
